We are happy to announce that David Schwartzberg is back with another great presentation on Command & Control.
David is a Senior Security Engineer who specializes in network security. He's one of our bloggers over at Barracuda Labs, and he previously blogged for Dark Reading and Naked Security. He's also published a computer book for children and a study guide for Network+.
David is scheduled to present at AppSec California next week, January 27-28. He'll be leading a hands-on presentation that takes the audience through the control panel of a malware server. Live malware will be used in order to make the presentation as realistic and accurate as possible.
DIY Command & Control is one of David's specialties. He likes to teach others how malware C&C works so that they know how to protect themselves from the malware and glean some insight into the activities of a cybercriminal. Here he is in action at DerbyCon:
